Governing Council
  • The administration of the association is looked after by the governing council composed of immediate past president, president, vice president & elected representative of the affiliated Units as well the co-opted ones.
  • The election of the governing council members is done at individual level once in two years.
  • The number of governing council members allotted to each Unit is based on Unit's membership strength.
  • The governing council in turn elects the Office Bearers. i.e. secretary, joint secretary, treasurer etc. those who are responsible for the day to day affairs of the association.
  • Governing council meets regularly and the decisions taken by the Office Bearers are discussed and approved.
