otex Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PVPL) is part of the Pune-based diversified Piotex group promoted by two technocrats Mr. Yogesh Nimodiya and Mr. Abhay Asalkar. Piotex started with marketing of textiles machines for Ginning, Spinning and weaving machines. Piotex group which was formed in the year 2012 is a largest yarn manufacturer in Maharashtra. Along with spinning activity of contract manufacturing, Piotex has also entered into the Weaving Segment of Bed Sheeting and Bottom Weights like Denims and Gabardine Fabrics.

otex Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PVPL), which operates in the field of marketing and services of textile machinery and accessories, has drawn an ambitious plan for its growth. It has decided to expand its activities by undertaking manufacturing of machinery/components in JV with some leading global leaders for which purpose it has acquired an industrial land near Pune. PVPL has already six regional set-ups in Central and Western India. PVPL represents LGL and Effedi Meccanotek of Italy on Pan India basis. It has established state-of-art repair and service facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

PVPL also plans to expand its India operations through new marketing tie-ups and increase the bench strength across India.

In order to strengthen the organization for taking a quantum leap of growth, Piotex group has engaged Mr. Gurudas V. Aras as a strategic advisor for PVPL to guide the organization towards its ambitious goals. Mr. Aras had been a former director at A.T.E. and is now a strategic advisor to some German and Indian companies, an independent director on the boards of some leading Indian companies. He has been successful in building long-term relationships across the world with renowned principals, customers, and people. At Piotex, Mr. Aras will play an important role in guiding the group in formulating growth strategies and business expansion plans in India and abroad.

To grow the PVPL business to greater heights, Piotex has appointed Mr. Laxmikant Rathi as a director. Mr. Rathi will be responsible for sales and marketing of the textile machinery and accessories division. Mr. Rathi has spent more than 30 years in the complete textile value chain; production, sales, marketing, manufacturing, service, product management, and product development. He has previously worked with some MNCs and a large textile agency houses.

In the reorganization, Mr. Jayant Nagrare, presently the Director at PVPL, has been given the complete responsibility of manufacturing and service support. Mr. Nagrare has long experience in sales, product management, and technology support.

The Piotex management looks forward to exponential growth under the direction and guidance of Mr. Aras and the contribution of Mr. Rathi, Mr. Nagrare & team in its implementation which will help the Piotex Group spread its wings across the globe.
