As part of the MoU of TAI, Ahmedabad Unit with Gujarat Technological University and L. D. College of Engineering, an internship for B.E. Semester VI, Textile Technology students of L. D. College of Engineering was arranged at TAI, Ahmedabad Unit.
The internship was arranged from 27.06.2022 to 08.07.2022. Total 62 students participated in the internship program. The program was equally divided in two parts. The students were taken to industry visits for 5 days. Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Garmenting and Technical Textile operations were shown in depth. The other part comprised of practical classroom inputs by industry experts.
The Textile Association (India) Ahmedabad Unit has developed full facility classroom for the academic purpose.
All students have been immensely benefitted out of this program.
