YARN EXPO 2022 Exhibition successfully organised at Ichalkaranji

YARN EXPO an Exhibition of Yarn Manufacturers and Suppliers have organised it on September 22 & 23, 2022, by Ichalkaranji Shuttleless Fabric Manufacturer’s Association (ISFMA), which was supported by Liva-natural Fluid Fashion from GRASIM Industries, Alok Industries Limited and Knowledge Partner DKTE’s Textile and Engineering Institute along with TAIMU Students’ Chapter 2022-23.

On the very first day, at an opening ceremony it was attended by Honourable State Textile and Higher Education Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil. Mr. Manmohan Singh (President of Grasim Industries); Mr. Prakash Anna Aawade (MLA-Ichalkaranji Constituency and Industry Personalities were present on the occasion.

Companies displayed their innovative products at the stalls. The Education and Technical Sessions were arranged parallel to the Entrepreneurs and Technicians. Speakers from Grasim Industries; Lenzing Fibres India Pvt. Ltd;, Uster and Indorama Corporation presented their views and interacted with the audience.

Grasim, Alok, Dodhia Group, Madhusudan, Reliance Industries Ltd., Trident and 40 other leading Yarn Manufacturing Companies participated and exhibited their products. DKTE and TAIMU Student Chapter played lead role in organising this event. More than 125 Chapter volunteers and Faculty actively participated in managing the event.

Overwhelming response was received from local spinning and weaving industries. ISFMA Office Bearers, members and DKTE students worked hard to make the event a grand success.
